Evaluation Collective Demand Depending Transport (CVV) : Province of Zeeland. In this study several aspects of the CVV-system in the province of Zeeland in the Netherlands are evaluated, such as (potential) users, the demand, the implementation as well as the financial efficiency. The question, whether the CVV-system is functioning as a so-called ‘social safety net’, is researched in terms of efficiency-improvements in the general public transport in the province of Zeeland.
