Samenvatting
A modification in the design of pedestrian crossings issuggested. The modification refers only to crossingswithout traffic ligli ts. The modification consists of twotransverse stripes which join the ends of the longitudinalstripes combining a Bood i:thibitory effect and an easyvisibility. In order to test the effects and functioningthe traffic conflict teehnique is used.
