Samenvatting
The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the processes and immediate outcomes of the driver counselling interviews conducted by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation with drivers who accumulate nine demerit points. The study found that counsellors demonstrate abilities and techniques which produce a positive impact on drivers.
