A wide variety of mathematically determined load values are available for all parts of the body for use in correlating the results of accident analysis and of mathematical simulation. Taking into consideration the injury mechanisms known to us from biomechanics, and assuming that the load values are largely independent of the adjacent part of the body, representative model loading values can be established for each region of the body.
