In accordance with federal requirements, the effectiveness of thirteen locally based DUI selective enforcement projects was evaluated. Projects found to have met their goals for reducing alcohol-related crashes and increasing DUI arrests during target hours were taken to have been successful. The report states whether each project did or did not meet its goals and offers an explanation of the results.
