The final report on Evaluative Research of Road-Vehicle Communication Systems presents a review of current and planned field trials in Japan, Europe and North America as monitored by a Task Force of the OECD Road Transport Research Programme in the period from early 1990 to late 1991. The report provides an insight in road transport operations and addresses specifically functions and systems tested, test area characteristics and field trial objectives and evaluations.
