This publication represents a compilation of the national Highway Safety Bureau (NHSB) contract reports made available to the public through February 28, 1969. The Executive Summary is not designed as a complete report. Each is intended to record the salient factors of each contract report such as the purpose of the contract, the contractors conclusions/recommendations and pertinent information as reported by the contractor.
