Samenvatting
An experimental multifactor research is set up to the friction forces between road pavement and tyre. By a literature study and expectation is expressed to the magnitude of the influence of factors and interactions on the coefficients of friction. The tyre load and the tyre tension have no important influence. The coefficient of friction depend on type of surface, speed, type of tyre, type of tyre tread and the thickness of the water layers.
