In order to evaluate the personnel and driving characteristics of the reexaminated fatal accident driver and the effectiveness of the fatal accident reexamination, descriptive information and the driver record for three years before and after the fatal accident involvement and reexamination was examined for 777 drivers. Driver record and descriptive information comparison with the average California driver showed the following.
