Samenvatting

The purpose of this project was to assess the feasibility of obtaining medical record data for particular medical conditions which could be linked to individuals' motor vehicle driving records. If this linkage could be achieved for sufficiently large sets of medically impaired persons, the resulting medical and driving record data could be used to develop a driver licensing or injury control crash risk management system. The results of the feasibility analysis suggested that it is possible to link records and obtain the required data.
