This 1983 report n the Federally Coordinated Program (FCP) of Highway Research, Development, and Technology is the 10th in a series of annual reports on the joint activities and achievements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the States in highway research, development, and technology transfer (RD&T). This report presents a general picture of accomplishments in the FCP during the past ear, the programs that coordinate the varied research activities in highway transportation, and the organization and facilities of the THWA Offices of Research, Development, and Technology.
