Samenvatting
One of the targets of the Second "Structuurschema Verkeer en Vervoer" is the "guided development of the mobility". The instruments that will be used for that purpose, can only be effective on the long term. In this paper we will show the possibilities of a comprehensive bicycle policy on the short term. We will do some concrete suggestions for policy.
