Samenvatting
In the Second Structure Scheme is worked with so called "accessibility profiles", which leads to the distinction between "A- , B- and C- sites". Bicycle- accessibility has no place in the definition of these accessibility profiles. This paper tries to make the concept "bicycle- accessibility" operational in such a way that it can be used as an instrument for spatial planning and traffic and transport policy.
