Samenvatting
The problems surrounding the construction of cycle paths bulk large in public interest again. This is mainly due to the fact that the key problems are emerging now (opaque procedures and financing). Much has been thought and written about this subject in the last few years. Now that deeds are required it is going to be high time to analyse the problems. This article discusses some of the problematic questions with the help of practical examples.
