Samenvatting
This paper gives a survey of the experiences that have been gained up to now in the decison-making and realisation of the projects of the Delft Cycle Plan. Facing the goals of the plan and the multi-year subsidy-agreement some reflections are given on the development of the thoughts about cycle-provisions and the influence on the discussions and decison-making. General experiences gained in the technical realisation are presented too.
