Samenvatting
The changed requirements in the Dutch legislation on stopping and parking along so-called cycle strips can influence on the application of them. In particular the parking and stopping behaviour can cause resistance from the frontages. The road administrator has also other possibilities to give a destination to an adjacent strip of hardening, but the choice requires a good insight in the juridical consequences. These are considered here.
