Filosofic experimentele verkeersvoorzieningen in woongebieden.

In this paper the development of the concept "verblijfsgebieden" and "verkeersruimten" (residential and traffic areas) is explained. The different regimes within these areas are regarded as central themes. Further the decree "Experiments in residential areas" is paid attention to, as veil as to the instruments of execution and testing which may be applied within these regimes.
