TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 1996 includes 13 papers that explore financing toll highway concessions in Spain; private-sector returns in public-private highway toll concessions; financing transit-oriented development; self-financing highway pricing schemes; public-private partnerships in highways in transition economies; and politics, public opinion, and project design in California road pricing.
