Samenvatting
The main purpose of the study was to collect data and analysing them of the expenses for traffic and transport by the Dutch government and the private sector. For the latter only the contributions of the passengers of public transport and the taxes paid by road transport are considered. The study should give insight into the possibility for a police principle, proposed in the New Structure Scheme on Traffic and Transport (SVV) , that the user (of a transport mode) should pay.
