Samenvatting
Computer programmes have been applied to derive equations belonging to sets of statistical data. The principles of fitting data by the least squares method are reiterated. Subsequently is dealt with the fitting data with one, two, three and more independent variables, then comes a method by which some imperfect data can be deleted. An example shows the difference with conventional calculation.
