Ford comuta car : a major British vehicle manufacturer has introduced an experimental prototype electric car for use in cities.

This article describes and illustrates an experimental prototype, battery-powered electric car for use in cities. At present the vehicle has a range of 40 miles at a speed of 25 mile/h. The space allowed at a parking meter for one car can accommodate three of these vehicles.
