Forensic analysis and expert witness testimony : the New Zealand experience: darkness and light, collisions and barriers.

Patience, care and accuracy are the key attributes of all forensic analysis that need to be combined with an ability to communicate the findings in order to contribute usefully as an expert witness. This paper discusses experience and practice in New Zealand illustrated with reference to two milestone investigations.
