Samenvatting
This report describes a systematic analytical procedure to evaluate the effectiveness of freeway improvement plans such as design modifications and ramp control implementations. In this analytical procedure, the total travel time along the freeway under given physical and traffic conditions is calculated systematically. The procedure consists of 2 sub models: freeway capacity analysis and freeway travel time calculation.
