Samenvatting

A lesional typology investigation concerning the road traffic accidents is realised in order to have "a picture" of the injured during a given period of time. 5459 files were collected during two years from several hospitals. It is concluded that head and neck lesions are frequent for all road users. Contrary to cyclists, who are vulnerable, other two wheel users are less frequently injured, due to helmet wearing.
