This application, which is accessible through Videotex (3615 code ADEME) allows one, after selecting a vehicle, to obtain the conventional consumption levels and real consumption levels, together with the annual fuel budgets for a given mileage of 15,000 kilometres. The reference prices of the fuels are updated in real time every week. For the same mileage, estimates of the polluting discharges, CO2 carbon dioxide, CO carbon monoxide, NOx nitrogen oxides, HC unburnt hydrocarbons, particles, fuel and oxidant (air) are given in terms of mass and volume.
