Samenvatting
The years of intensive research have taught a lot and many questions can now be answered on Experimental Safety Vehicles. It is now known where the limits are and it is agreed that priority should be given to a progressive development of concrete safety measures. An overview is given of the history of the Experimental Safety Vehicles, and the ESV-conferences during the last five years.
