Further evaluation of single- and two- regime traffic flow methods. Paper prepared for the 54th Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board, Washington, January 1975.

This paper consists of three major parts. First, single-regime traffic flow models are investigated using 32 sets of speed-concentration measurements. Second, two-regime traffic flow models are investigated using the 32 data sets. Finally, 13 new sets of data are evaluated based on predictions made in the first two parts.
