Samenvatting
The aim of the paper is to discuss the data acquisition and the data processing in the relationship with the use of the (micro) computer. On the hand of the chosen set up of the measuring network for traffic data of Rijkswaterstaat the criteria for the selection and use of computer systems are discussed.
