Samenvatting
The study on behaviour of people on the move is divided in three parts: a theoretical part, an emperical part and a section concerned with general policy. In the theoretical part the aim is to prove that socio-psychological theories can be meaningfully applied to criminology, and, further, that human behaviour is amiable to change. The empirical section concerns types of behaviour which one may encounter daily, that of people on the move.
