This report contains a discussion of some psychological aspects of the application of automatic systems for traffic guidance (AVS). The use of this system is to make traffic flow more homogeneous. It is concluded that in traffic guidance there is a pronounced tendency to automate first the higher task components and the simpler ones only later.
