Samenvatting
The 1978 budget of the Ministry of Transport shows little news at first sight. Further investigation into the material shows, however, a number of tendencies in spending, which cause a fair deal of concern, mainly because projects are being delayed. This makes them more expensive. the available volume for road maintenance in the future will remain at the same level while the road network will be- slowly- expanded, which probably will result in a lower maintenance level.
