Samenvatting
A general introduction presents basic data on disabled persons, on care for the disabled persons and on the policy of the national government. A number of actual developments is discussed, which show that disabled persons are on their way to independence, self confidence and integration in a quicker tempo. In this connection the relationships with dwelling, accessibility, traffic and transport are considered in particular.
