Samenvatting
If the history of ideas on organization of the public management in the Netherlands during the years 1960-1980 should be described, the desirability of the development of a "metabesluitvormingsorganisatie" should be understood. But till now the problems of the integration of management is not yet studied in a sufficient theoretical way and the scientific-empirical element is at a minimum in the discussions.
