Samenvatting
This paper presents a method for estimating and representing noise nuisance for a whole area caused by traffic. Purpose of the method is to contribute to further development of the network method. Through this, it becomes possible to accompany evaluations of plan variants with the coherent and simultaneous milieu effects (especially noise nuisance) at various places.
