Samenvatting
In the last time noise-hindrance is more and more described as a problem that must be solved with the aid of legal measures under the central government. Regarding road traffic also measures are proposed, whereby emphasis is laid on the fact that for a good result these measures must be taken together. The facts why this in reality does not adjust itself are discussed.
