Samenvatting
The booklet gives an outline of the Law of Publicity, its consequences for the public, the members of the town council, the civil servant. Chapter 5 treats the relationship between the Law of Publicity and other legislation on the publicity of documents. Chapter 6-8 deal with the active and passive publicity, obligations and the publication of non-public servant committees. Chapter 9 gives the exceptions, to an outline of the protection by law and the publicity. Chapter 11 offers a model legislation for the local authority and 12 gives some recommendations for the practical operation.
