Samenvatting
Recommandations to the municipal authorities of The Hague about measures for saving energy in road traffic are given. The recommendations are based upon: 1)the actual use of energy in The Hague, for the various modes of transport and traffic motivations; 2) the way choices of the users of the traffic system can be influenced by the (municipal) authorities; 3) the restrictions from other fields of policy.
