Samenvatting
Each city has to do with the lack of traffic safety. Insecurity in traffic is a severe social burden with 2.000 fatalities and 6.000 injuries per year. Not alone the prevention and limitation of accidents and the treatment of injuries ask for an approach by local authorities, but also the fear for the lack of safety is a subject of care by public authorities. The aim of this publication is to assist local authorities for their approach, and in particular which activities can be developed in the field of traffic safety.
