Samenvatting
Speed limits for certain places in the highways are advocated. Especially for places where road maintenance is done, at accident black spots and in general at places where accidents may occur. In combination with warning signs or traffic signs speed limits can help to reduce accidents. See also B 2612 and B 2614 for the other two parts of this research.
