Samenvatting
It is stated that there is a decrease in accident risk with an increasing homogeneity of the traffic flow. This can be done by a reduction of velocity differences. Therefore are two kinds of speed regulations to try namely recommended speed and speed limits. In this report in particular the recommended speed on motorway is discussed.
