Samenvatting
In December 1999, the traffic police of the Dutch National Police Agency (KLPD) begins the enforcement project called "Danger A16" ("Gevaar-A16"). A new efficient, effective and consumer friendly method will be applied aimed at tackling problems in traffic and transport. This report presents a first approach to the project plan. The report deals with the preliminary investigation and a proposal made for the enforcement strategy. A proposal is made for the evaluation, and a method is introduced to observe changes in traffic behaviour using video recordings.
