Samenvatting
The idea of flow levels on motorways is described. Thereafter it is shown that there exist an essential difference between the selection of the flow level for a motorway, which is newly to be constructed, and for the acceptation on an existing motorway. At last some influencing factors which play a role in the selection of the flow level, are described.
