A booklet is presented giving information on what every cyclist has to know and giving advices to parents and educators. Safe cycling is no wish-dream, but the cyclist has to reckon with the other road users and the traffic environment. On the other hand the other road users and the traffic has to reckon with the cyclist. There has to be a mutual agreement.
