Samenvatting
The Municipality of Lisbon knowing the big problems of parking and the serious problems it causes to the traffic in the city of Lisbon has had made a proposal for a study on the problems so that solutions would be reached. The main objective of this paper is to present the methodology used in the inventory and the diagnosis of the present situation.
