Samenvatting
Programme selection has to identify and separate certain traffic conditions. It is the objective to obtain compensated values to serve as a basis for the selection programmes. Measuring intervals should be at least 5 minutes. Decision logics are presented ad grids in the form of diagrams. A description is given of decision logics for smaller networks and the combination there of to form larger basic signal programmes.
