This manual is for use with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation's Guide Rail Inventory and Condition survey. This is a supplement to STAMPP (Systematic Technique to Manage Pennsylvania's Pavement)in that its purpose is to provide location-specific condition data on the guide rail and median barrier systems along Pennsylvania's highways.
