Samenvatting
In the framework of the Multi-Year Plan for Passenger Transport the Minister of Transport and Public Works initiated two pilot projects concerned with bicycle and moped traffic in September 1975 to be carried out in Tilburg and The Hague. This report follows the progress of the Hague project from the time of the first policy decisions in 1975 until the completion of the first five kilometres of a cycleway which will eventually be ten kilometres long.
