Samenvatting
On behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Transport and Public Works a manual for appraising economic effects of infrastructure projects has been developed. The purpose of the manual is to supply project leaders in the field of transport infrastucture with a toolbox in order to appraise the economic effects of infrastructure. Form and contents of the manual are discussed in the paper as well as how specific economic effects are dealt with.
