Information is presented for the realization of a traffic infrastructure that is also users-friendly for people with a handicap. The first four chapters give general information: mobilty problems of handicapped people related to participating in traffic; background paper regarding the target group; juridical aspects. Chapter Five presents technical information important for designers and planners. Some examples of integrated measures of Dutch practice are given
