Samenvatting
The national Committee for Citizen Participation on Traffic -safety aims to develop a handbook to plan participation -procedures if traffic measures need to be carried through, especially at neighborhood-level.The procedure to develop the handbook is mainly by testing the known participation-procedures on the basis of general conditions that are extracted from literature on this theme.
